FNATIC.com: FCL: FnaticRC over ESC Gaming

Six teams are ready to battle their way through the final stage of the FCL.

22:30: FnaticRC won over ESC Gaming in a thrilling three-map battle. The VODs should be coming up shortly, meanwhile we'd like to congratulate our team with advancing to semi-final, where they'll play vs eSrael. Meanwhile SK-Gaming will face Anexis.

20:45: Anexis are the 3rd known semi-finalists. They have won against WinFakt with 16:12 and 16:6 on de_tuscan and de_mirage respectively. The next match is FnaticRC vs ESC Gaming.

Group A of the FCL was certainly more exciting than the Group B, as up until the last matches, one simply couldn't predict what was going to happen. After ESC Gaming played their two postponed matches, they took the 3rd spot in the group, right behind eSrael and WinFakt who shared the same number of points. As WinFakt has lost to eSrael, the Danes are ranked as first and therefore go straight to semi-finals, while WinFakt will face Anexis in quarter-finals.

The Playoffs Bracket

FnaticRaidCall has finished as second in Group B with the 4-0-1 score, the only loss was against SK-Gaming. As second in group, they will face ESC-Gaming. Both FnaticRaidCall vs ESC-Gaming and WinFakt vs Anexis will be played on the 28th of May, starting from 19:00 CET. Games will be played one after another, with Anexis and WinFakt opening the battlefield with a Bo3 match (best-of-three). eSrael and SK-Gaming are awaiting in semi-finals. If our guys progress, they will meet the Danish team, while WinFakt or Anexis will play against SK-Gaming. The Grand Finals are scheduled for the 3rd of June, and the three best teams will get the total of $4000 with the following distribution:

2nd - $1000
3rd - $500
